Therapy for Anxiety and Stress
Support to help you lower anxiety and stress while increasing your self-confidence
You may be here if…
On the surface it looks like things are going well, but deep down you are overwhelmed and struggling to hold everything together
You feel like the walls are closing in around you, you can’t catch your breath, you feel panicked, your hands are clammy, your stomach is in knots, and it doesn’t feel like things will get better.
You put everyone else’s needs before your own, struggling to say “no,” or slow down.
Setting boundaries and finding your voice feels important, but you don’t know where to start.
You have been conditioned to second guess who you are and never quite feel like you are enough.
However anxiety is impacting your life there are therapy options for anxiety that can help.
Anxiety can often leave you feeling trapped in your head with your mind racing constantly.
You may experience feelings of worry racing through your mind. Scared that any choice you make will be wrong. What will people think of me? What will others say? It can leave you feeling so worried trying to be perfect that you are paralyzed with fear—unable to make any choice. It may wake you up in those late hours of the night telling you that you aren’t enough, criticizing your efforts, and leave you spiraling in anxious thoughts envisioning the worst. Are you experiencing relational trauma that makes saying no, setting boundaries, and limits—even for your own mental health feel hard?
Support is available to help you cope with anxiety and stress.
My hope is to support you in reducing feelings of anxiety while improving your overall quality of life. I offer individual therapy through telehealth to support you in reducing those feelings of anxiety and improving your overall sense of self.
It is possible to reduce those feelings of anxiety. To feel the tension in your body ease, and for your mind to feel calm. To set healthy boundaries, to say “no” to others, and to lessen the need to please others at the expense of yourself. It is possible to challenge those negative thought patterns that often leave you trapped in a cycle of worrying in your mind. In short, it is possible to live the life you want and to be who you truly are, not who others think you should be.
