I am a Massachusetts Therapist specializing in Anxiety, Grief, and Life Transitions providing counseling services online. I am passionate about empowering people navigating life change and figuring out who they are in the midst of those changes. Society often praises us for putting ourselves last and lessening who we are to fit the needs of others. I offer you a space to feel empowered to be your true authentic self—even if you are still figuring out who that is. Where you can heal from the past and look towards the future with hope.
Life is constantly changing and can take us in directions we never saw coming, forcing us to pivot and recalibrate. For many of us those changes can cause high levels of anxiety, exacerbate already present mental health needs, add stress, and make us question who we are. These periods of change can also foster resilience and a stronger connection with ourselves as we gain more insight into who we are versus who others expect us to be.
What motivates me to do this work:
My own experience with grief and loss is what initially drew me into this field. Grief is often layered and can impact our life in profound ways beyond the present moment. Many think that grief and loss only pertain to death. When in reality, grief and loss is much more encompassing across our lifespan. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life changes, loss, and the impact anxiety can have over every facet of their lives. I particularly enjoy supporting individuals as they figure out who they are in the wake of life change, forming their identity, or even daring to take that first step into being who they are and not just who they think others are expecting them to be.
How I can help:
I value the trust clients put in me by allowing me into your story and sharing with me what your experience and journey has been. I appreciate that we all have different lived experiences that shape who we are and the perspectives we hold.
My hope is to support you in gaining insight and developing tools to embrace who you are and the life you want. You will be met with a warm environment where you can safely share your unique experiences, gain confidence, build a stronger connection with yourself, and enhance your overall quality of life.
