Transitions in life can have an impact on our sense of self, feelings of control, and exacerbate already present mental health needs.

Life can be unpredictable and wreak havoc on our carefully laid plans. Some of these changes may be planned and are exciting points of change.  But they can still bring with them feelings of anxiety and overwhelm as you adjust to the change process itself. Other points of change may come in the wake of loss or the unexpected, that forces us to pivot and rethink our plans or goals.
